Argentina: President Milei deploys anti-feminist rhetoric

The President of Argentina, Javier Milei, has accused the Spanish President, Pedro Sánchez, of sending women to attack him, escalating a diplomatic crisis. Known for his anti-feminist views, Milei has dismantled the Ministry of Women and opposes abortion, saying, “It's not your body, it's another person." He publicly humiliates women and dismisses labor inequality despite evidence of a wage gap, uses false data in his speeches, and denigrates women, especially journalists.
