Azerbaijan is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Third Periodic Report was submitted on 4 October 2007.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Third Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2009.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
 

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Fifth and Sixth Periodic Reports were submitted on 12 March 2008.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports are due on 11 September 2009.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict
The First Periodic Report was due on 3 August 2004 and is now overdue.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report was due on 3 August 2004 and is now overdue.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Third Periodic Report was submitted on 16 July 2007. 

International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families
The First Periodic Report was submitted on 25 June 2007.
