Reporting Schedule

Slovenia is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Third Periodic Report is due on 1 August 2010.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2010.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fifth and Sixth Periodic Reports are due on 1 May 2013.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Periodic Reports were due on 6 July 2005 and 6 July 2007 and all are now overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports are due on June 24, 2008

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict
The First Periodic Report was submitted on 16 November 2007.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report was submitted on 16 November 2007.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Third Periodic Report was due on 14 August 2006 and is now overdue.
