New Resource: European Court for Human Rights Updated Fact Sheet on Violence Against Women

The European Court for Human Rights (ECHR) recently published an updated fact sheet on violence against women which summarizes cases found to violate the European Convention on Human Rights. The fact sheet contains brief descriptions of court cases related to domestic violence, female genital mutilation, rape, violence and social exclusion, violence at the hands of state authorities, and violence in public spaces.
