The Governmental Gender Equality Office organised the roundtable “Labour Law from the Gender Equality Perspective” on 12 December 2007. The roundtable was organised to get concrete suggestions on what the Law should contain in relation to women’s human rights and gender equality, and besides domestic lectures, the representative of the European Commission Delegation in Montenegro gave a speech. After the roundtable, the Office drafted and submitted to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Care the amendments on the draft Labour Law.
