Reporting Schedule

Estonia is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Third Periodic Report was due on 1 April 2007 and is now overdue. 
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report was due on 30 June 2007 and is now overdue. 
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fifth and Sixth Periodic Reports are due on 20 November 2012. 
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Eighth and Ninth Periodic Reports are due on 20 November 2008. 
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second, Third and Fourth Periodic Reports were due on 1 November 2008 and are now overdue. 
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Fifth Periodic Report is due on 30 December 2011.
