Poland is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

The Sixth Periodic Report was due on 1 November 2008 and is now overdue.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

The Sixth Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2021.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women

The Seventh and Eighth Periodic Reports were due on 3 September 2006 and are now overdue.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination

The Seventeenth, Eighteenth and Nineteenth Periodic Reports were submitted on 19 February 2008.

Convention on the Rights of the Child

The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports were due on 7 July 2008 and are now overdue.
