New Report on Protection of Women under India's Domestic Violence Act

The Lawyers Collective Women’s Rights Initiative of India has released a report that looks back at the history of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act (PWDVA), highlights best practices, and gauges the gaps in the law. Other sections looked at the systems that could support domestic violence, at access of the PWDVA, and orders that the courts passed.
