KARAT Creates Online Kit on European Neighborhood Policy and Gender

An online kit has been created by KARAT's East-East project on building capacity in NGOs. It offers a gender and civil society perspective on information on European Neighborhood Policy and EU standards. It will give women's NGOs from eastern EU countries information on the issue of ENP and the process of its implementation. The authors of the kit are Joanna Szabunko, Kinga Lohmann and Anita Seibert.
