The feminist writer and antipornography campaigner, Andrea Dworkin, died at her home in Washington on Saturday. Through her writing and lectures, Ms. Dworkin spoke out against violence against women and pornography, which she believed one of the causes of such violence. Ms. Dworkin's best know books include: "Pornography: Men Possessing Women" (Putnam/Perigee, 1981), "Intercourse" (Free Press, 1987) and "Heartbreak: The Political Memoir of a Feminist Militant" (Basic Books, 2002).
